Position
Pay: $20.00+ per hour, plus commission (commensurate with experience)
Job Type: Full-Time
Work location: Multiple locations / on the road across the Lansing area.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and identify pest concerns at customer properties
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
- Provide pest control services tailored to each client's needs
- Apply pesticides to structures on schedule, following all safety procedures and label instructions
- Drive an assigned service route in a company-provided vehicle

Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to safely use a ladder
- Ability to carry up to 75 lbs
- Comfortable working alone and accessing crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops
- 7A-7F certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Attention to detail and a strong customer service mindset
Preferred: Wildlife control experience
